Purpose

This report provides Members with an update on the Council's Strategic Risk Register as at 30 June 2026 and outlines progress made in strengthening the Council's risk management arrangements. The report also identifies further actions arising from the Well-Managed Authority Board, Internal Audit findings and Annual Governance Statement improvement programme.
