Purpose

The purpose of this report is to seek that Full Council approves the recommendations to enter into The Essex Procurement Partnership (EPP) Collaboration Agreement, which will formalise the working arrangements for operating the shared procurement service, with Essex County Council acting as the Accountable Body.
