About
The Standards Committee is responsible for promoting and maintaining high standards of conduct among councillors and co-opted members of Bridgend Council. It considers and determines alleged breaches of the council's Code of Conduct, and can impose sanctions. The committee also advises the council on its ethical framework and the promotion of good governance.
