Purpose

This report seeks approval for the procurement
process of renewing Microsoft licence agreement and provide
delegated authority to Chief Finance Officer to award.

Content

1)           
Cabinet delegates authority to the Interim Corporate Director, City
Operations to take all necessary steps to use the NHS Digital
Workplace Solutions Framework to procure a Licence Solution Partner
(LSP) for the Council.
 

2)           
Cabinet delegates authority to the Interim Corporate Director, City
Operations to Award a contract to the successful Licence Solution
Partner (LSP) to provide the Council with three Microsoft
Enterprise Licence Agreements for a term of 3 years with an
estimated total value of up to £4,000,000.00
