That Committee agrees the proposed fees and
charges for 2024/25 as set out within the report.

2)           
That Committee delegates authority to the
Executive Director of Economy, Environment & Culture (in
relation to paragraphs 3.5 - 3.12), the Executive Director of
Health & Adult Social Care (in relation to paragraphs 3.13
– 3.17) the Executive Director of Housing, Neighbourhoods
& Communities (in relation to paragraphs 3.18 - 3.20) to change
fees and charges as notified and set by central Government during
the year.
