Purpose

To seek authority to make minor amendments to
the existing Allocations Policy which will better meet the needs of
disabled households.

Content

RESOLVED:

 

2.1     
That Committee notes the requirement for compliance with the public
sector equality duty in respect of the needs of disabled
persons.

 

2.2     
That Committee agrees Option 1 as minor amendments to the Lettings
Plan and Allocations Policy, set out at paragraph 4.2 in the
report, to be effective from 20 November 2023.
