RESOLVED:

That Housing & New Homes Committee:

1. 1      Approve for consultation the proposed fee structure for a Selective Licensing Scheme and Additional HMO Licensing Scheme.
2. 2      Approve the updated fee structure for the Mandatory HMO Licensing Scheme.
3. 3      Note the draft Selective Licensing Scheme conditions and updated Additional HMO Licensing Scheme conditions attached at Appendix 1 and 2.
4. 4      Note the updated conditions for the Mandatory HMO Scheme attached at Appendix 2.
