This report seeks approval to progress three
sites through to the submission of Planning Applications for up to
60 new homes across the three sites

That the Housing & New Homes Committee:

2.1.1   Authorises the
Executive Director Housing, Neighbourhoods and Communities to
progress the design development and submission of full plans
planning applications for the proposed redevelopments of the Former
Hollingbury Library site, Portslade Village Centre, Oakley House,
and Swanborough Drive.
