& Hove project to deliver 306 homes at the Sackville Trading
Estate site

1)            
Cabinet notes progress
with the project and approves the budget increase of up to
£2.6m to fund the development and purchase of the affordable
homes as set out in the financial implications.

 
2)            
Cabinet agrees to
delegate authority to the Corporate Director City Operations, in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing, to agree and
enter into the necessary variations of the legal documentation for
the project as a consequence of the increased funding
requirement.
