Purpose

This report sets out information on current Safety & Compliance progress.

Decision

1)             Cabinet note and comment onprogress made with compliance against the Regulator of Social Housing, Safety & Quality Consumer Standard since the last update in December 2025.

2)             Cabinet endorse the Housing (Safety & Quality) Improvement Programme 2026/27 and our work toward becoming a Great Landlord outlined in the report and attached as Appendix 1.
