Purpose

On 22 September 2017 the Council entered into
the CDA to enable the redevelopment of Plot 5 Bedminster Green. Due
to not achieving the unconditional date (as defined in the CDA) by
the Termination Date which was 22 September 2024 the Council is now
able to terminate the CDA.

Content

Pursuant to delegated powers authorised by the
Strategy and Resources Committee on 18 November 2024, authorise
termination of the CDA with the Developer to bring forward the
redevelopment of Plot 5, Bedminster Green.
