Purpose
Bristol City Council has high numbers of
households in temporary accommodation and is working on numerous
initiatives to help move households out of TA into suitable
housing, including through securing affordable private rented
tenancies. BEAM have successfully worked with a number of other
local authorities to help households into affordable private rented
sector tenancies and Bristol is doing a pilot project with
them.
