In line with the Housing Investment Programme
2023/24 and 2024/25 a contract to undertake an external
refurbishment of Francombe, Waring

Content

Approval to award a contract for the a major
refurbishment of the 3 blocks of Francombe, Waring and Underdown.
Works will include new windows, new curtain walling, concrete
repairs, balcony repairs, demolition of garages, complete strip and
new insulated roof at Waring. Roof repairs at Francombe and Waring,
drainage repairs and new external wall insulation across all 3
blocks.
