Purpose
Seeking approval to award a £325k
contract to Centre for Sustainable Energy (CSE) to continue the
work of supplying energy advice to the residents of our tenanted
residential properties following a successful procurement exercise.
The Tenant Energy Advice (TEA) service is available to Bristol City
Council (BCC) residents in all wards.

Decision to award the contract for the
provision of the Tenant Energy Advice Service to The Centre for
Sustainable Energy. The contract duration will be two years at a
contract value of £325,000, with an option to extend for two
additional one-year periods.
