Purpose

Bristol City Council wishes to commission Fire
Compartmentation with Associated Asbestos Removal and Remedial
Works at 58-104 and 112-170 Gill Avenue in Oldbury Court, Bristol.
and require additional works to their fire safety and asbestos
removal to ensure residents safety. These works were included in
the Housing Investment Programme for 2023/24.

2024/25 Housing Investment Plan fire safety works, which was signed
off by committee on the 23/01/24, These works had an overall budget
of £2,125,000 for 2024/25
