Purpose
Unique Voice has successfully delivered the
HAF programme on behalf of Bristol City Council for the past 3
years. Their application and previous quality assurance visits meet
the standards required by the Department for Education as part of
the programme. To ensure value for money across the grant awards
and considering a £30,000 (approx.) decrease in overall
funding, the original funding request was rejected and a reduction
in ask was sort from Unique Voice, which now stands at
£102,019.000. This will ensure high quality provision in
three key areas of need across the city and enable eligible
families to access the provision 3 times a week rather than the
proposed 4 times a week
Content
Through the grants process a panel reviewed
the application submitted by Unique Voice for the provision of
places as part of the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme.
The application passed the scoring criteria and the decision to
fund their application for 2024 was agreed.
