Purpose

At Cabinet on 6th June 2023, Cabinet
authorised the Chief Executive in consultation with the Director of
Finance and Deputy Mayor for Finance, Governance and Performance to
take all steps required to procure and award a contract for a
transformation consulting partner. Therefore, this is not a key
decision that requires cabinet approval, but does meet the monetary
value threshold for an OED (over £100,000).
