Purpose

The Strategic Partner offer continuity on this
project, with the various technical and professional skills (such
as project management and quantity surveying) to prepare the tender
pack. The evaluators were chosen based on their specialisms to
support BCC with ensuring the best Principal Contractor was awarded
the works contract. The process requires preparation of the tender
pack, responding to queries and the tender evaluation and
moderation.
