Purpose

The Council has up to £2.4m of capital
funding to be allocated to support community-led housing in the
City and this is the second bid round under the approved AHPN 2022
– 2025.

Content

Approves the allocation of grant from the
Affordable Housing Budget under the second bid round of the AHFP
2022 – 2025 to two CLH providers (subject to grant
conditions) to support the development of 16 affordable homes
across the following two projects:
Hillfields Park Community Centre, Hillfields (Brighter Places

Alternative options considered

Option 1 - Three grant proposals from CLH
Providers (including these two) were assessed by an Officer Panel
and moderated through Pro Contract.
