Purpose

To seek approval to procure and enter into a
contract for a  Managed Service Provider
for contingent workers.

Content

That Cabinet:

1.     
Authorised the Chief Executive in consultation with the Deputy
Mayor – City Economy, Finance and Performance to procure and
enter into the contract(s) for the supply of agency workers for
3+1+1 years at a cost of up to £83.4m, in-line with the
procurement routes and maximum budget envelopes outlined in this
report.

2.     
Authorised the Chief Executive to invoke any subsequent
extensions/variations specifically defined in the contract(s) being
awarded, up to the maximum budget envelope outlined in this
report.
