Purpose

To seek approval for the proposal for the
closure of Concord Lodge by March 2024 and the transfer of the
building to the Property Programme for disposal consideration.

Content

That Cabinet:

1.     
Approved the closure of the Concord Lodge.

2.     
Authorised the Executive Director: Adults and Communities, in
conjunction with the Cabinet Member for Adult. Social Care and
Integrated Care System, to take all steps required to implement the
closure.

3.     
Noted the outcomes of the consultation as set out in the report and
at Appendix B
