Purpose

To award contract to the value of
£141,000 to MB Associates, to carry out Monitoring,
Evaluation and Learning of the Bristol Impact Fund programme from
October 2022-October 2025, and submit a final evaluation report by
May 2026.
Following the appointment of a different supplier in 2021, the
decision was taken to terminate their contract. MB Associates were
approached to take on the work from October 2022 and will carry out
the work until the end of the BIF2 Programme.

Approval to award contract to value of
£141,000 to MB Associates, for provision of consultancy
service for Bristol Impact Fund, to:
•Deliver Year 2, year 3 and Year 4 Monitoring, Evaluation and
Learning (MEL) work from October 2022- October 2025 including: BIF
2 mid-term evaluation; project planning; ongoing grantee support;
workshops and learning events; data collection; regular reporting
and progress updates.
•Submit a final end of programme evaluation report – end
of May 2026
A contract in relation to the consultancy service for Bristol
Impact Fund was originally awarded to a different provider. This
contract was terminated on notice at the end of the first year
(September 2022) and this contract has been awarded in relation to
replacement consultancy provision.
