Authorising delegation for pilot project will
increase likelihood of compliance in relation to annual reviews of
individuals receiving Direct Payments.

Content

The local authority wishes to exercise this
power to effectively implement the requirements of the Act in a
timely and cost-effective manner. Initially this pilot would be
limited to the following area:
Review and reassessment of citizens in receipt of ongoing Direct
Payments to meet their care and support needs.
