Purpose

Following a tender procedure let under a
framework agreement the contractor returned the Most Economical
Advantageous Tender under the evaluation process. This project was
identified in the Housing Investment Plan and BCC’s
commitment to essential maintenance works on our blocks.

Content

In line with Housing Investment Programme
2023/24, to award the contract to strip off and install a new
roofing system as part of the overall Dove St refurbishment
plans.
