The property is currently uninhabitable and in
a very poor state because of a fire. The works are deemed necessary
to be able to relet it to our tenants.

Approval to award refurbishment of 28
Griggfield Road, Bristol, to carry out refurbishment works to a
fire damaged property. Works to include: extensive refurbishment,
new roof, new electrical install and heating system, renewed EWI
system, bathroom(s) and kitchen, full plastering and decorating
required throughout entire property. external fencing and garden
works.
