Purpose

Bristol City Council wishes to procure
Electrical Contractors to undertake domestic electrical testing and
repairs to Bristol City Councils housing stock. Project included in
housing investment plan as approved at cabinet Jan 2023.

Content

Award a framework contract for the testing and
remedials of electrical installations in HRA social housing
stock.

Alternative options considered

Option 1 - Options explored of part of
tendering exercise. However to ensure value for money and maximum
benefit to residents a framework with two contractors has been
deemed the best approach by stakeholders.
