completion of detailed design and project planning, approval to
proceed into the next stage of the Development Agreement with
Edaroth for the development and construction of 25 new council
homes across on 5 council-owned sites in south Bristol.

completion of detailed design and project planning, approval to
proceed into the next stage of the Development Agreement with
Edaroth for the development and construction of 25 new council
homes across on 5 council-owned sites in south Bristol – in
accordance with the new council homes development programme and
‘HRA Business Plan 2025-26’ approved by the Homes and
Housing Delivery Committee.
