Purpose

Approved capital expenditure Bristol
Operations Centre (BOC) Technology Upgrade Phase 1 and 2 Project,
as per commitment agreement obtained 30 September 2024. BOC
requires progress of phase 2 project to deliver updates to its
end-of-life systems and platforms, which are out of sync with
national analogue to digital switch off. Also, Bristol city council
strategically agreed for investment in the Bristol Operations
Centre asset. This ODN covers authorisation to spend to the 25/26
allocated capital budget (£1.14m) for BOC Tech Upgrade Phase
2 project scope and critical deliverables.
