Purpose

The decision follows a procurement process to
procure an IT solution for the council’s property and
facilities management services (called the Corporate Landlord). The
IT solution is necessary to support improvements in how the council
manages its corporate property. The decision is published in line
with legal procedures, and because the decision is a key decision
which has been delegated to a senior council officer by committee
(Strategy and Resources Policy Committee, 14th April 2025, decision
4).

Content

The decision made is to award the Property
Asset Management Solution contract to Concerto Support Services for
a contract term of 5 years (with optional extension of 1 year + 1
year).
