To seek approval for the disposal and
repurposing of Bristol City Council assets.

Content

That the Committee
for Strategy and Resources:
 
1. Deferred the
sale, on the open market, of 146 Grosvenor Road, St Pauls, BS2 8YA
to the July meeting of the Strategy and Resources Policy
Committee.
 
2. Approved that 5
Ways Bungalow be sold, at market value,
to a Registered Provider to enable the delivery of Supported
Housing.
 
3. Approved that
officers progress to produce a business case for the use of the
Exempt Asset in Exempt Appendix E and report back to the Estates
Strategy Board to seek approval of the business case and proceed
with the proposal to re-purpose the asset.
 
4. Authorised the
Executive Director for Growth and Regeneration, in consultation
with the Chair of the Strategy and Resources Committee, to take all
steps required to dispose of the assets and (subject to business
case approval) re-purpose the Exempt Asset, including entering into
necessary legal agreements as set out in this report.
