Purpose

Following an internal approval process
Constellia were instructed by Bristol City Council to procure a
service provider able to provide a pool of engineering resource
(NEC4 Project Managers, Site Supervisors etc.) to be seconded into
the Council to support the City Regions Sustainable Transport
Settlement (CRSTS) programme of works.
Approval was given by Cllr Plowden at the Transport and
Connectivity PCCB on 6 March 2025 to proceed with procuring the
Engineering Design Professional Services Secondment contract. The
procurement has now completed and officers are seeking
authorisation to award the contract.
