Purpose

To provide the quarterly update about the
Adult Social Care Transformation Programme.

The Committee
RESOLVED to:
1. Note the
Transformation Update Report provided.
2. Note that
baseline funding is due to be approved through the Corporate
Transformation Reserve Funding request being presented to Strategy
& Resource Committee the 19 May 2025. The programme is
currently utilising the underspend for 2024-25 to continue the
programme and projects whilst waiting for the new mandate
approval.
The Committee noted
the recommendations.
