Purpose

To seek approval to progress with establishing
a Public Space Protection Order
(PSPO) restricting the ability of Licensed Pedlars to trade at
major festivals/events and sports fixtures.

Content

1.     
That the Committee for Public Health & Communities approved the
proposal for establishing the Public Space Protection Orders
covering the outlined areas of the Harbourside and the vicinity of
Ashton Gate Stadium as detailed at Appendix A which also includes
Draft Orders.
