An Officer Decision Notice authorising the
commissioning the contractor was published 27 August 2024. This
Officer Decision Notice reflects the final contract value,
following completion of the works.

Content

The Director for Management of Place (in
consultation with the Executive Director for Growth and
Regeneration and the Chair of the Transport and Connectivity
Committee) has authorised the change to the final contract
value.

Alternative options considered

Not applicable - variations to the contract
have already been made, since not instructing supplementary works
would have resulted in non-delivery.
