Purpose

To seek approval to procure and award a new
contract for vehicle parts and managed stores contact.

Content

The Committee RESOLVED (unanimous vote in
favour):
 
1. To approve the procurement of the Vehicle
Parts and Managed Stores contract as outlined in the report.
 
2. To authorise the Executive Director: Growth
and Regeneration, in consultation with the Chair of the Strategy
and Resources Committee, to take all steps required to procure and
award the Vehicle Parts and Managed Stores contract, in line with
the procurement routes and maximum budget envelopes outlined in the
report.
 
3. To authorise the Executive Director: Growth
and Regeneration to invoke any subsequent extensions/variations
specifically defined in the contract(s) being awarded, up to the
maximum budget envelope outlined in the report.
