Purpose

To advise Homes and Housing Delivery Committee
as to the findings of the Newtrality report and to note the
development and implementation of a Target Operating
Model.

Content

The Committee RESOLVED to note:

The preferred option is option 3
which will respond to current delivery challenges and develop a
customer journey approach to service delivery, rather than designed
to only meet repairs and maintenance delivery needs.
The actions taken to date in the
table in the evidence base shown in italics and next steps shown in
bold.
That a further update report will be
brought back to the Committee during 2026.
