To seek approval to procure and award a
contract for Electricity Metering Services and Data
Services.

The Committee RESOLVED to:
 

Authorise the Executive Director,
Growth and Regeneration in consultation with Director of Finance
and Chair of the Environment and Sustainability Committee to
procure and award contract(s) for Electricity Metering
Services/Data Services, in-line with the procurement routes and
maximum budget envelopes outlined in this report.

Authorise the Executive Director,
Growth and Regeneration to invoke any subsequent
extensions/variations specifically defined in the contract(s) being
awarded, up to the maximum budget envelope outlined in this
report.
