terms of the City Leap Energy Partnership Concession

Content

This decision is to enter into a grant
agreement to accept and spend £13,458,463 under the Warm
Homes: Local Grant awarded by central government to Bristol City
Council and its partners to deliver energy efficiency and renewable
measures to low-income private households with poor energy
efficiency ratings.

Alternative options considered

As a right of first of refusal under the
concession agreement with Ameresco BCC are legally obliged to offer
Low Carbon Energy Infrastructure Projects to Ameresco under the
terms of that contract.
