To award a contract to complete the final
business case for the Bedminster Bridges project.

Award the contract with a value of
£242,448.98 to Aeocm via Constellia, to complete the Final
Business Case for the Bedminster Bridges scheme.

Alternative options considered

The Council lacks the resource to undertake
this work, and completing the final business case is required for
WECA to unlock the full funding for the scheme, so it is essential.
The scope of this work matches the requirements to complete the
full business case. The cost of this contract is allocated into the
budget allocation of the scheme. The Procurement department have
been consulted on the proposed procurement route, and agree this is
the preferred method.
