Purpose

To seek approval to procure and award a new
contract for mobile voice and data.

Content

The Committee RESOLVED (unanimous vote in
favour):
 
1. To authorise the Director:
Policy, Strategy and Digital in consultation with the Chair of the
Strategy and Resources Committee to procure and award a 2+1 year
mobile voice and data contract, in line with the procurement routes
and maximum budget envelope outlined in the report.
 
2. To authorise the Director:
Policy, Strategy and Digital to invoke any subsequent extensions or
variations specifically defined in the contract being awarded, up
to the maximum budget envelope outlined in this report.
 
3. To authorise the Head of
Procurement & Contract Management to approve the appropriate
procurement route to market if changes to procurement routes are
subsequently required.
