Purpose

To provide information on:
1. current and proposed Integrated Care Board
(ICB) arrangements for children’s community care through its
Children’s Community Health Partnership (CCHP).
2. the additional elements of the CCHP that are funded by Children
and Families and Education, and proposals for these going
forwards.
3. the elements of the CCHP contract commissioned by Public Health,
and the shared plans held across Bristol City Council.
