Purpose
1. To seek approval to enact a target policy,
outlined in the Cycle Hangar Policy Paper, for the delivery of new

That the Committee for Transport &
Connectivity:
1. Approved the approach to future delivery
and 2030 installation target set out in the attached Cycle Hangar
Policy Paper.
2. Authorised the Executive Director of Growth
and Regeneration, in consultation with the Chair of the Transport
and Connectivity Committee, to procure and award any future cycle
hangar contracts in line with the maximum combined budget envelope
outlined in the report.
