The Committee
RESOLVED to:
 
1. Approve the
allocation of £1,100,000 of Strategic CIL, added to the
Capital Programme at Full Council on 21st February 2023, to a
programme of investment in the city’s parks and green spaces
as set out in the report.
 
2. Authorise the
Executive Director for Growth and Regeneration in consultation with
the Chair of the Public Health and Communities Committee to procure
and enter into contracts required to deliver the investment
projects proposed, in-line with the procurement routes and maximum
budget envelopes outlined in this report.
