RESOLVED:
 
1. (unanimous vote in
favour)  To
Authorise the Director: Policy, Strategy and Digital in
consultation with the Chair of the Strategy and Resources Committee
to procure and award a 3-year Microsoft Desktop Licensing contract,
in line with the procurement routes and maximum budget envelopes
outlined in this report.
 
2. (unanimous vote in
favour)  and
Authorises the Director: Policy, Strategy and Digital to invoke any
subsequent variations specifically defined in the contract being
awarded, up to the maximum budget envelope outlined in this
report.
