implementation of the budget amendment approved at Full Council on
25 February 2025 and progress in relation to the Golden Motion
approved at Full Council on 11 March 2025.

It was RESOLVED that the
Committee for Environment and Sustainability:
Budget Amendment
1.
(Unanimously FOR) Approved officer recommendation to
increase the Fixed Penalty Notices to £175 and early
repayment to £100.
2.
(5 FOR, 3 AGAINST and 1 ABSTAIN)
Approved officers will not be
drawing down from capital fund to fund more CCTV units.
3.
Noted that Council Budget has
funded resource within CCTV Operations Centre, rather than drawn
down £150,000 for new CCTV cameras.
4.
Noted the Council Budget is
funding an additional fly tip removal round.
