The Transport &
Connectivity Policy Committee:
1. Authorised the
Executive Director of Growth and Regeneration in consultation with
the Chair of the Transport and Connectivity Committee to submit the
FBC for Denmark Street to WECA and accept and spend the funding
should it be approved, in-line with the procurement routes and
maximum budget envelope outlined in the report.
2. Authorised the
Executive Director of Growth and Regeneration in consultation with
the Chair of the Transport and Connectivity Committee to take all
steps required to procure and award any contracts required to
construct the approved Denmark Street scheme, including any
contracts over the key decision threshold , and to invoke any
subsequent extensions/variations specifically defined in the
contract(s) being awarded, up to the maximum budget envelope
outlined in the report.
Recommendations 1 and 3 as outlined in the
report were not approved:
1. Authorises the Executive Director of Growth
and Regeneration in consultation with the Chair of the Transport
and Connectivity Committee to submit the FBC for Rosemary Lane to
WECA and accept and spend the funding should it be approved,
in-line with the procurement routes and maximum budget envelope
outlined in this report.
