Purpose

To seek approval to adopt the draft Co-living SPD (Supplementary Planning Document).

Decision

The Committee (eight in favour, one against) RESOLVED:

• To approve the adoption of the Co-living Supplementary Planning Document (Appendix A) which will come into effect upon adoption of the emerging local plan (Bristol Local Plan Review).
