Purpose

To establish a member Task and Finish Group for Waste and Recycling  Phase 2 and associated Terms of Reference.

Decision

The Committee RESOLVED:

1. 1.      To agree to establish the Phase 2 of the Task and Finish Group on Waste and Recycling as per the proposal outlined in the report.
2. 2.      To agree Councillor James Crawford as the Chair and a membership of nine for the Task and Finish Group to ensure political proportionality.
