Purpose

This report provides Committee with an update on progress since approval of the Bristol City Council Transformation Plan 2025–2030. It sets out how the One Council Transformation Programme is being established, how the main Tier 1 transformation programmes fit together, and how the council is moving from mobilisation into delivery. It also highlights the governance, funding, risk and benefits arrangements needed to support the next phase of transformation.
