Purpose

To seek approval for the Bristol Operations Centre to continue to deliver services (Community Safety CCTV Monitoring) for South Gloucestershire Council and obtain income into Bristol City Council (Bristol Operations Centre) under an inter-authority SLA (Service Level Agreement)

Decision

The Committee (unanimously) RESOLVED:

·       To authorise the Executive Director of Growth and Regeneration in consultation with Chair of the Economy and Skills Committee to sign the inter-authority service level agreement (SLA) allowing the Bristol Operations Centre to carry out defined services for South Gloucestershire Council and claim income in full cost recovery charges for said services from South Gloucestershire Council. (Which for 25/26 is £166,000 annual fee, subject to annual increases/inflation will increase for subsequent later years).
